设计了好几年，计划了好几个月的一次旅行，终于完成了。回到了加拿大我才在想，虽然我几乎每年都要去中国旅行，时不时的得到一些新认识，新建议，接受和使用一些新事物，但这次回北京省亲，却意想不到有受到了两条关于“吃”的新的忠告。
第一条：北京的传统名吃
巨不正宗且味道尽失的“庆丰包子”你们也吃啦[惊讶][惊讶][惊讶]要没习大大做广告，这国营连锁店早就屁屁了。现在北京人几乎不待见它啦，也就你们和旅游的人才会慕名赏光……[偷笑][偷笑][偷笑]进了包子店就跟进入了王府井锣鼓巷一样被忽悠的云山雾罩。
不止是“庆丰包子”，还有“姚记炒肝”、“全聚德”、“馄炖侯”、“白魁老号”这类被政府罗列前茅的老北京名吃，现在都变了味了，都是靠旅游的支撑着他们的生存……而在旅游旺地锣鼓巷一带，更是出现了很多似是而非的假的“北京传统名吃”。
第二条：华北的河鱼
少吃河鱼。华北养鱼塘供应的淡水鱼皆用药“孔雀石蓝”，以此维系鱼的成活率。另外，因为河、湖水质很差且排弃物种类繁多，饲养之鱼皆毒素超标。这些都被内线人披露报道过。所以华北地区的淡水鱼城市人基本不食用了，都大量供应农村集市。据说，淡水鱼也是污染率和致癌率最高的食物之一，所以饮食一定要格外小心呀！

After being back to Canada, I asked my child to write something about the trip to Canada.
From what he wrote, I summarize the followings were the most impressed parts for him.
We are a big family.
China is very big, with many huge cities and interesting history.
China has the world's most advanced express train net works.

Mission accomplished.
This is not only a trip or vacation, this is really a mission. After some years dreaming and a couple of months planning, now it's accomplished. We planed and pro-acted very detailedly - we wrote notes to school asking being absent for family vacations; we booked hotels in advance; we ordered cell phone roaming package; we changed school day care registration etc... Everything looked perfect.
